                         de processamento, economia de mem{\'o}ria, bem como aspectos de 
                         manuseabilidade foram tamb{\'e}m considerados. An{\'a}lises 
                         qualitativas de precis{\~a}o, tempo de processamento, efeitos de 
                         perturba{\c{c}}{\~o}es na {\'o}rbita, descri{\c{c}}{\~a}o de 
                         uso e listagem do programa completo foram inclu{\'{\i}}das no 
                         trabalho. abstract The present work presents a numerical orbital 
                         integrator with updates and improvements over previous ones that 
                         were being used in the Department of Space Mechanics and Control 
                         (DMC), besides incorporating new modeling resulting from the 
                         experience acquired over time. Conditions of flexibility and 
                         modularity were taken into account in order to allow future 
                         expansions and modifications. Characteristics of numerical 
                         precision, speed of processing, memory economy as well as aspects 
                         of handling were also considered. Qualitative analyzes of 
                         accuracy, processing time, orbital disturbance effects, use 
                         description and complete program listing were included in the 
                         work.",
